CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Topics of interest:

  1. Methodology and tools for measuring the quality of placements (including indicators)
  2. Models and tools for managing internships
  3. Models and tools of cooperation with enterprises

There are two options of which you can choose to participate in the INENTER Conference:

OPTION A. - Speaker:

As an invited speaker to the Conference you will need to make a presenation for 20 minutes and submit a paper of minimun 5 pages. The project in this case will cover an economy class ticket plus maximun 3 days accommodation and food.

OPTION B - Workshop Trainer:

As a workshop trainer you will have to offer a workhop of 80-100 minutes and submit a paper of minimum 5 pages with the possibility of including annexes of samples presented. An economy class ticket, a maximum 3 days accommodation and food plus a possible fee of 200-300 euro, depending on what you plan to offer, will be paid by the project.

The following procedural issues are applied:

  1. Title and abstract (indicating presentation or workshop) must be sent by 31 January 2012 at inenter@ucy.ac.cy
  2. Approval of abstract within a week (Abstract specifications can be found here)
  3. Full paper must be sent by 31 March 2012 (Paper specifications can be found here) 
  4. Cost: All invited participants will need to buy their ticket on a pre-agreed cost (please send your proposed flight itinerary and estimation of all travelling expenses to inenter@ucy.ac.cy). Accommodation and Food will be reserved and paid directly by the project whereas airticket cost and related travelling expenses will be reimbursed during the Conference directly to the participant. In case that a fee is involved then, it will also be paid during the Conference. Payments will take place provided that the full paper is received by the deadline.
