To secure free registration and access to the conference it is expected that you will use the official hotel of the conference. Those who choose to use another hotel can participate in the conference with free registration but a service fee of 50 euro will have to be paid during registration.

Airport transfers:
A special offer will be made to all international participants for transfer from the Larnaca airport to the hotel. The offer will be made after we collect the registrations and hotel bookings and will be announced on this site.
